Deep Core Fitness for Moms is for mothers of ALL ages who are looking to work their core in a brand new way - and actually get stronger! Forget about crunches - let’s do this right!

Live classes are online via Zoom Tuesdays and Fridays 12-12:30pm. This group is a great routine to get your core working as it should - without weakness, leaks, or anything else holding you back! The program is whole body with a focus on core and pelvic floor. I love to see moms of any age in this class - typically I see women in their 30s and 40s, but any mom can join! I’ve had women in their 20s, 50s and 60s too!

Results will vary per person.

This group program is a fabulous way to reconnect with your core! So often, we lose sight of the core when we are exercising, particularly if we have had children. This program will help you reconnect with the deep core and help you understand how it should be working. The result? Better and MORE EFFECTIVE workouts all around! You can even start working out in shorter sessions as you learn to use your core better. That means more time for other things!

All exercises are given 2 options to perform - I call them Level 1 and Level 2. What Level should you work at?

If you are new to exercise, it is recommended that you perform the exercises at a Level 1 as you retrain the brain and body to work together. If you are an avid exerciser looking to strengthen the core, do the Level 1 to retrain before doing Level 2. If you have done the Deep Core program before, you can head straight to Level 2 option as you feel confident.
