xero shoes

Your feet play a huge part in how your body responds to the ground you are standing or walking on. If our shoes are holding our feet in a particular position, or they are not letting the toes spread, this can have a negative impact on what our bodies can do!

We want to be able to spread the toes, have little to no rise in the heel, and essentially, use our feet as if they are barefoot.

Xero shoes are a fabulous way to get your feet as close to barefoot as possible, while still having that protection from stones or other objects that could cause injury to a bare foot.

Oswego I currently have the Oswego shoes and am in love! I highly recommend them. You slip them on and off you go! Great for everyday use, from grocery shopping to heavy workouts. These shoes are a great way to take care of your body! Also, these feel good without socks as they don’t slip and they hug the ankle nicely. **These shoes are discontinued

Alpine I am going through my 3rd winter in the Alpine boots. I can’t tell you how much I LOVE them! Finally boots that I can wear without my toes being squished and me feet feeling like they can’t move at all. You know that weird walk we get in the winter when we clomp along because we are wearing boots that don’t let our ankles move? Well these LET THEM MOVE! I can push off my toes like I am meant to do. And they are WARM! Love these boots and highly recommend.

Prio I have the Prio in robin’s egg blue (and black and white! Lol!) I love these shoes for workouts and regular every day use. They tie up and have a little more structure than the Oswego, but still a VERY good shoe for movement and letting my feet do what they are supposed to do - make good contact with the ground and respond accordingly. If you are looking for a good workout shoe - this is it!

HFS I purchased the HFS for my daughter and she really loves them. Lucky for me, our feet are the same size! These shoes are a little less chunky than the Prio, a little mesh-ier (is that a word..), very breathable. Excellent shoe for daily use, out and about, or workouts.

Toronto I also have the Toronto shoe! This one is a canvas high top and I love them! Super comfy and cute. They are a bit more narrow across the ball of the foot, so if you are wide there, you might consider the men’s shoe for sizing. Beware - if you are hard on the fronts of your shoes, the canvas on these will likely not hold up.

360 So far, the 360 has been my favourite workout shoe (and I also wear them for pretty much everything else). They are a bit more sturdy in the back of the shoe by the achilles, which is great if you need that support. I have this in the Ashley Blue/White and I LOVE the colour. My daughter has them in Asphalt.

Pheonix My Pheonix are what I wear whenever I’m dressing up. They are a beautiful flat and very comfortable. No more high heels for me!

Prio Performance I just received these this week so not a lot I can say as far as wearing them but they are a really nice shoe! I have never had to “break in” ANY of my Xero shoes and I don’t imagine these will be an exception. I have them in Asphalt/black and they have a cute little neon strip.

Tari My Tari boots are so adorable and comfortable, I can’t handle it! I wear them doing anything out of the house with jeans or leggings. Really cute Chelsea style boot.

Women’s Daylite Hiker This one is pretty good. The toe box will be a bit narrow for those with really wide feet but they suit me fine. Hiking in them is great :)

Prio Suede These are by far my favourite Prios! They look and feel more like a skate shoe and I love the Asphalt colour. Good for daily wear and exercise.

Oh my gosh, I can’t forget! I also have the Z-trek sandals! They feel like nothing and the velcro is grippy without the scratchy. Love them so much.
