Integrity, an alignment of what you say and do, only comes from a change of heart:
Change of heart changes priorities/schedules
Changes perspective and tone of relationships
Changes what you do and don’t say
Change of heart helps you see beyond your problems, struggles, challenges, etc
Change of heart reduces stress, regulates nervous system, reduces cravings, unhelpful behaviour, depression, lack of motivation
Change of heart is uplifting, encouraging, etc (gets you moving, less distraction, less noise, more peace)

I want to be undivided (saying and doing the things I say I want to say and do, I want my thoughts to line up with all of it - this comes from a change of heart)

Changes to our habits and lifestyles don’t come from just ‘wanting’ to make a change - they come from a change of heart. When we look at the Biblical principles of honesty, consistency, incorruptability, and more, we can gain a different perspective on our current behaviour and inform our future behaviour. When we are more honest with the Lord, more honest about what we believe to be true of God and of ourselves, we can make changes with the help of the Holy Spirit. Change happens over time. Maybe this workshop and study will be the catalyst to major changes in your life.
