My name is Andrea Laver and I am the face of Goals and Gainz - a method of training that is specific to the needs of mothers of all ages.

 
 

As moms, we tend to neglect the pelvic floor in our exercise - we can’t see it, but we know when it’s not working right. We can experience leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, low back ache, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and more.

My focus is on training moms to recognize and retrain the pelvic floor to work well with the whole body, giving them an advantage in any type of exercise they want to pursue. Keeping up with kids and life is not as difficult a challenge when you have a strong base!
