This week is all about Matthew 16. Denying ourselves to follow Jesus - what does that mean for you and your acts of Surrender? What does that mean for the posture of your heart towards Jesus? Read the whole chapter each day this week. Highlight as you see fit. You may not even be highlighting until the 5th time through when God shows you clearly the message he’s conveying in this chapter.
If you haven’t been very physically active yet this summer, I invite you to start moving your body and using the mobility exercises in this program. The whole point of these is to get your body moving in ways that maybe it doesn’t do well right now. If we don’t feel good when we move, we won’t move. If we feel better when we move, we’ll do it more. The more we move, the more energy we’ll have and the more we can do to serve others and grow the kingdom of God here on earth. So get moving (at least 10 mins at a time).
